On Monday, August 24, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) announced the honorees for the Phoenix Awards Dinner, the culminating event of the 45th Annual Legislative Conference (ALC). Among the shortlist of honorees, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity will be presented with the Phoenix Award at the foundations’s black-tie dinner, at the Walter E.
