More Details

  • Prior business or franchise ownership preferred, but not required.
  • Previous insurance experience a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in playing an active role in the day to day operations, budgeting, planning and staffing strategies or experience in business or sales management.
  • You are required to obtain all applicable state licenses for property & casualty, life & health before getting appointed with Allstate.
  • Investment of liquid capital into your business to cover startup costs. Allstate does not take possession of your capital and there are no franchise fees. These funds remain in your control and you will use them to cover your operational expenses such as your payroll, lease, marketing, utilities etc.

Your Practice

We support our Financial Specialists across the nation with a variety of product offerings and continued education that helps them succeed. Financial specialists can share space with an Allstate agency owner and obtain leads from them.

Your Work

A typical agency office has one financial specialist who meets with customers face-to-face and a team of licensed professionals who enhances the team’s ability to build deep relationships with customers and provide leads. Allstate provides support and expertise to help you build your business.

Are You a Fit?

We are looking for someone who possesses an unquenched entrepreneurial spirit and a strong track record of success. You’ll also need to have:

  • At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer facing sales experience
  • State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (if applicable) licenses
  • Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales
  • Prior Experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred
  • Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred

Paid Summer Internships

This Summer,  2019, The Fund II Foundation, through the InternX program Is in search of rising college Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors majoring in one of the STEMS and with a GPA of 3.50 or higher to participate in a series of paid summer internship programs.

The InternX system went live on January 16th and they are looking to fill 1000 paid positions for individuals with aspirations to influence and improve culture at organizations, mentorship and training development and access to company, community and individual leadership building.

The internships will take place between May and August of 2019 and interviews may be granted once the application has been submitted.
