The following items are required to complete an application for membership. Instructions on completing each portion are contained in the application.
- {Official College Transcript (NOTE: Alumni candidates should
have transcripts that show their degree has been conferred.) - Proof of Voter Registration (Proof of citizenship from the country
of origin, a visa or permanent resident card for candidates not
eligible to vote in the United States; voter registration application will NOT be accepted - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Medical form
- Institution Form (College only)
- Essay
- Current résumé
- Current headshot photo
- Background check
- Payment of the national application fee
NOTE: Sponsors and Recommenders will have a portion of the application that they MUST complete. Instructions on how to have your Sponsor and Recommender complete their portions of your application are contained in the application.
