OUR AREAS OF FOCUS
Our fraternal leadership has identified three critical areas defining how we dedicate our time and resources. These enable us to leverage capacity across various audiences.
Our Fraternity's motto of "First of all, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All" embodies our history as the first intercollegiate Fraternity founded by African American men; our mission to provide service to our community; and our charge to our membership.

These efforts allow the Fraternity to respond to timely issues affecting the African American community.
NATIONAL PROGRAMS
These represent the fraternity's signature efforts on voter engagement, mentoring, education, and elder care.
ALPHA FOUNDATIONS
These entities further our economic and charitable agenda to enhance our institution and the lives of those in our communities.
LEADERSHIP & EVENTS
Greater explication of how Alpha promotes leadership through proprietary programs and hosted events, as well as a multitude of external leadership growth resources. Also emphasize the importance of hazing prevention as an area of leadership focus.
